macOS guest vm on M1 crashes when using back or forward button on mouse

Tested on macOS Ventura 13.4.1 on M1 Mac mini with both macOS 12 and 13 as guest os running in a vm.

 

Having the same issue here using a SteelSeries mouse:

It's particularly annoying because it's muscle memory habit to hit the back button on my mouse.

MacOS Ventura 13.4.1 on Apple M2 Max with macOS 13 running in a VM.

 

I retested with macOS Ventura 13.5 as both the host and the guest and the crash still happens.

 

I retested using Parallels Desktop 19 with macOS Ventura 13.5.1 as both the host and the guest and the crash still happens.
