I searched the forum and my issue appears to be different than the other Big Sur networking problems that have been noted. When I launch the Parallels App on my Mac Mini the host computer's networking stops. I am not able to reach devices on my LAN or the Internet. This happens even if no virtual machines are running. When I shut down Parallels all returns to normal. I am using the latest Parallels version 16.1.3-49160. The problem started after upgrading the Mac to Big Sur. There were no issues using this version of Parallels with Catalina.
