?

Do you have any issues with running Parallels Desktop 19 on macOS Sonoma?

My keyboard has gone haywire in the last week or few. macOS 14.5 Sonoma guest on macOS Sonoma 14.4 host with Parallels 19.3.1.
It's constantly repeating characters randomly. Infuriating!

I have the same with a Windows guest. The repeat is in either the guest or the host, depends on which has focus when it goes wild. Not constant, but probably twice a day or three times.

UPDATE: I rebuilt my VM with macOS 14.1.1 image that I still had and the keyboard is fine.
Something in the newest versions of macOS Sonoma are causing major issues with the keyboard input through Parallels.

The keyboard in macOS Guest 14.1.1 has since started to go haywire again without upgrading to Sonoma 14.5. This is extremely frustrating!

If you're running Sonoma Beta 6 (23A5328b) as a guest system and encountering issues with updating to Beta 7 or RC/23A339, the system might be reverting due to an incomplete installation or compatibility issue with the virtualization setup. Since your site is likely relevant to software troubleshooting or virtualization, you could provide insights into resolving macOS update issues within virtualized environments--such as ensuring compatibility, checking disk space, or adjusting virtual machine settings.

Well, Sonoma itself works fine in Parallels Desktop 2o for Mac, but the connectivity with the local network is not good. It doesn't get an IP address in the 10.211.55.0 net when using Shared Network, which makes it impossible to reach other VM's, like my Ubuntu/homestead server. Looked at many possible solutions, but nothing seems to help.
This really should be fixed asap.
