MacOS11.3 Beta (20E5186d) crashes when MacPro is closed, with Parallels v16.1.3 & Win 10 Ult running

Usually, I close the MacBook Pro, when I take a break. When I reopen, I have noticed that Mac OS 11.3 Beta 3, version details given in the title in crashed state. I have noticed this behavior after upgrading on Nov 17. This behavior is pretty much same pattern every time. But before closing laptop, if I shut the Windows (guest) and close the Parallels v16.1.3, Mac OS (host), does not crash when I reopen the laptop. Did anyone notice the behavior or pattern?
