MacOSX Dock Ctrl+Click / Right Click Menu

    I suggest doing something similar to iTunes with the dock Ctrl+Click / Right Click menu. See mockup below:

    I would like to propose that an option be added that allows Parallels to run in the menu bar rather than forcing a dock icon.

    For those of us that use Virtue with Parallels, it would be nice to have a more seamless (and separated) interface between the OSes.

    Is this possible?

    "Open Recent" (sub-menu) & "Connect/Disconnect Device" (submenu) would be cool too.
    (Though maybe that's too many menu's in a CM? The Device one would at least be worth it so you can regain Mac OS control of a device without switching all the way to PD)

    I would love a Dock-CM feature, especially "Pause/Resume".
