MacPro 5gb Build 1940 - only 1.5gb Ram Parallels

I have a MacPro with 5gb ram ( 2X512mb + 1x 1GB) and using the latest build of Parallels 1940 and the latest Parallels Tools.
I have the same problem as previous builds were only 1.5gb f ram is available for any guests operating system.
wasn't this built meant to fix this problem? I'm I missing something?

The weird thing is that in preference under the memory settings i can assign the reserved memory limit up to 4392mb, however in the VM settings I can only assign 1500 mb and worse only use about 1100 since if i set it to 1500 it won't even boot the vm telling me that i do not have sufficient ram avaialble :confused:

btw running xp sp2 in VM.....

Issue numbber 2 still not fixed from previous build.
Running Parallels XP sp2 at 2560 X 1600 only 16bit colors depth is avaiable.
