I'm typing this on a Mac Pro with a working install of parallels and xp sp2. So they didn't completely lie about supporting mac pros. It still needs work, but it's not unusable for short stints in XP.
bottom line: if you make money on windows or non-universal binary applications, and you have a machine that works, DO NOT buy a Mac Pro just yet.
