Mad troubles installing Espon C1100

Hi,

Im hard struggling making my new print work. It is an Epson C1100 and my operating system is OS X 10.4.10.

I have already successfully installed the driver and connected the computer to the printer with an USB cable. However, the computer identifies no device, or at least the is not being received any data on the printer (the small data-receiver indicator is not blinking).

I have tried to reboot both the computer and the printer, unsuccessfully. As well I have tried to un- and reinstall the driver a few times!

Please oracles, help me out and I will be more that grateful ?

So, unfortunately, this forum is for Parallels Desctop discussion and apparently this thread (and the question itself, I'm afraid) is not appropriate for it. I'm sorry.
Anyway, I'll move it to General Questions and our users can probably help you. But I'd suggest to contact Apple support or some another special forum/community :)
