Make it easier to find and vote for Feature Suggestions

The only way to vote for a suggestion is to click "Vote" in list view. But to find anything, you have to use basic search, which takes you within the thread, with no way to vote. In other words, if you find it, you can't vote for it, and if you can vote for it, you didn't need to find it. This completely skews voting and makes it impossible to collect good customer feedback. It just promotes a ton of duplicate posts instead of voting.

Suggestions:
(1) Add a "Vote" button within suggestion threads, not just list view.
(2) Add a a new search view for feature suggestions where you can search and vote.
