make Suspend / Resume more accessible in dock icon

    Currently Suspend / Resume are buried within "Actions" in the Windows 10 Dock icon. These are the only two options I use regularly from that Icon and so my preference would be to move them up a level (therefore out of the Actions submenu). Anyone agree?
