Exactly the same problem-Mandriva spring hangs over 512 MB Ram

I can confirm that this problem exists. When starting with more than 512MB Ram the HAL deamon hangs when booting Mandriva Spring.
Parallels: Is there a bug-fix/work-around available for that?
