Manually update client inventory

    Hi there,

    I want to update a client inventory manually to check if a specific item will be listed or removed after intall or uninstall operations. When I do a right click on a hardware asset and select "Parallels Management Tools" -> "Request Inventory Update" (or other items in this menu) I just receive an error message "Failed to set up ptoxy request parameters." Automatic inventory seems to work, because managed computers have inventory data in general...

    Do you have any idea to solve this.?

    We are using PMM 5

    Hi, please open a support ticket regarding this issue. The first thing the support will ask you is to collect a problem report on the computer with SCCM Console installation as well as on the target Mac. To save the iteration please create the problem reports and submit these with the ticket.
