Here is what I am thinking...
having shared data for the PC reside on the Mac in the root, say, "MacSharePC" or something.

When I'm in Boot Camp, use MacDrive ( or SMB ) and map the MacSharePC as M:\

This way my Outlook.PST file ( and other data wish to share ) will reside in MacSharePC on the Mac root and be accessible to the Boot Camp XP install as M:\Outlook.PST

I also want the Parallels Workstation to access M:\Outlook.PST so no matter what method I'm using for XP, all data resides in one spot.

This way all data resides on the Mac and both PC methods can use the data.

Does this sound valid? My IP would change from work to home so would need a reliable way of mapping. MacDrive can do this reliably on Boot Camp but MacDrive does not work in Parallels.

    Thanks,
    Dave
