Is there a way to setup folder redirection from server side folders to remote user folders? I can use the settings for RDP/2x client to bring local (client) drives into the session. However, that still requires the user to browse to their My Documents folder. I used the folder redirection option in Active Directory to change the location of the My Documents folder for a specific user and it works. However, I am not able to use wildcards like %username% to do this because it takes the Active Directory username instead of the connecting user's local computer username. What I ultimately want to do is have the applications tunneled to remote users who can save files seamlessly to their own local networks.

Have you seen Scriptlogic's Desktop Authority ? With this utility you can set folder redirection for certain users according their user name, ip, mac adress or other parameters.
