Maximising behind the dock

How can I maximise a Windows Window, but for it not to go behind the dock? My Start button is below the dock.

It was possible with Ver3

Open the Virtual Machine's Configuration menu, go to the Coherence section and tick Exclude Dock. I think this will resolve your issue.

Problem is doing that puts the taskbar above and not below the dock.

What happens when you let it Automatically Relocate the Windows Taskbar?

It puts the taskbar at the top of the page where I don't want it.
