Is there a way to change the location of the .mem file other then having it created in the current users Home folder?

    Thanks,

EDIT: Its not really the .Mem file causing my problem after further research(it is being created in a local folder). We use network Home directories, and students have limited space. What files is parallels trying to copy to the home directory? Is there a plist file or something I can edit to get parallels looking at a different folder that is stored locally?

No, if home folder is mounting by network you will have some problems,
I suppose you are getting warning about not enough disk space

Yes. Even though all parallels files are being created on the local machine(including the .mem file), it is still wanting 512 MB in the users home folder. I even changed the plist file in /user/library to point the update locations and a few other locations to the local machine. I have also changed the network users Library to point to a local user's library, Still get the same error about space. So there is no way to change parallels so that it looks to the same directory that the HDD file is stored in for everything? I understand personal settings will always be stored in the users library folder, but the two plist files are small enough not to worry about.

    Thanks for the response,

We have this problem, I can only say, that user folder should be locally not mounted.
We are working to resolve this in Parallels Desktop version 4
    Workaround
Create users locally and mount other documents from network
