memory problem

Goodmorning,

On my IMac parallels doesn't release it's memory.
On Activity Monitor is says Parallels VM and Parallels Services don't react.

I have parallels version Build 9.0.24237 ( the latest )

My Imac is:

3,2 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
OS X 10.9.4 (13E28)

Can anyone tell me what to do about this?!

Please follow the steps as suggested below, which may help you in resolving the issue :

- Uninstall Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac : http://kb.parallels.com/116992 (Virtual Machine will not be deleted even if Parallels Desktop application is uninstalled).
- Run Repair Disk permission as suggested at cnet.co/1nveP64
- Restart Mac.
- Install Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac.
 
Dear Abdul,

I've donne what you suggested but there is no difference, still the machine freezes after some time ( 20 minutes)

Could you help me with an other solution.
