Menubaricon and popup menu in Parallels Desktop 5.x

The menubaricon in Chrystalview is nice but the menubaricon and popup menu in Fusion 3 is better (GUI).
Parallels Desktop 5.x has a weird icon in the menubar and the dock. And the structure of the popupmenu in Parallels Desktop 5.x isn't that handy compare to the VMWare's menuicon and popupmenu... FWIW :-)
 
completely agree. Having a way to run applications quickly, access the control panel and see ALL the menus (collapsed somehow) would really be a nice update.
 
Have you guys tried holding "Option" key when clicking the the menubar icon? Probably, that's what you are looking for :)
