messed up Windows install

I did something when I was installing Windows. Now the installation is suspended and I can't get out of it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling parallels but it is still stuck on the suspended installated windows. How do I get out of this?

Hello!

Please close Parallels, restart the MAC and create a new virtual machine in order to start the installation process from scratch,

Thanks. I had already finally got windows installed. I have had lots of problems installing my windows programs since then. Several of my favorite greeting card programs will not install. I am about ready to scratch parallels and install bootcamp.
