Is Duo my only choice now for MFA for on prem Parallels RAS? According to this https://kb.parallels.com/124702 it looks like that feature is no longer available since 2019. Am I understanding this correctly?
On-prem Azure MFA is no longer provided by Microsoft. However, you should still be able to use one of the other providers such as any on-prem RADIUS provider or TOTP auth (like Google/Microsoft/etc... Authenticator, which can be configured on-prem via the RAS settings), among others.
