Microsoft licensing: Dual boot And Parallels

Hello...

I'm thinking of building a dual boot machine with Ubuntu and either WinXP or Vista. Plus I'm thinking of using Parallels to install WinXP or Vista on the Ubuntu install.

So, I'd have Windows installed twice on the same machine.

Does anyone here know if that's two Windows licenses or one?

(Yeah, my setup sounds odd, but I have my reasons ).
