Microsoft Report Viewer Problem

I have an issue where a program I use will not print. It uses to Microsoft's Report Viewer to create the preview and report to print. While it works in Bootcamp mode, the program stalls when trying to print and it cannot initialize the Report Viewer while running in Parallels. In am on Parallels Desktop 5 and using Windows 7 64-bit. Any thought?
 
Can you print from other programs like NotePad?

There are two methods to print:
1) using a driver for your printer which is on the network or attached to your virtual machine as a USB device.
2) using the printer driver (HP Color LaserJet 8500 PS) installed by Parallels Tools and printing to your virtual machine's Printer Port 1 which is pointing at your Mac's printer.

Have you tried both?
