Migrate MS VPC Image to Parallels via Transporter?

So I copied over a Virtual PC image from a coworker and attempted to use Transporter to migrate it over to a Parallels VM. No dice.

First I chose to migrate the entire computer. The file picker only allows me to choose a *.vmc file to migrate however it doesn't work.

Then, I tried to migrate the virtual disk. The file picker allowed me to select the *.vhd file. I continued the migration process but it immediately threw up an error and failed.

Any thoughts?

The image is from Virtual PC 2007 (Windows version, not Mac version).
 
I'm not too familiar with VPC, but being given the error message and some information on your set-up would give me, and anyone who might be familiar, at least a starting point.
