Migrate parallels to new Hard Drive??

Hi, I have upgraded my macbook with a new 500 Gb HD. I had a 10 Gb NTFS partition in my old HD with all the data for windows xp which I used with a parallels virtual machine. How can I get Parallels working in the new hard drive? I cannot find a way to migrate it to my upgraded computer

I tried cloning the HD using winclone but it doesn't work.

Please help!
