There is another very long thread covering Windows 10 activation issues for Bootcamp and Parallels users. I am concerned over all the problems that are being had with Windows 10 activation on the free upgrade version of Windows 10 which is linked to hardware. I am thinking of moving a Windows 10 VM from one mac to another, has anyone tried this and does it still stay activated? Can I just follow this process http://kb.parallels.com/en/114118?

Hey, yes, you may just move your VM using this KB. The Windows OS inside VM will be activated.
