Migrating Windows XP from a dead PC

I am a (relatively) new Mac user, and new to Parallels. I purchased my iMac and Parallels to get rid of all those PCs that are cluttering up my space. I figured to virtualize the most current one or two and run them on my iMac. Of course, I've been having fun figuring out Leopard and ignoring my Windoze machines. Well, I decided to troubleshoot why I seemingly had no video on my windows pc. Swapped out the monitor, the video card and the power supply...still no video. It seems my motherboard might have died. (No beeps when you boot.) So, my question is, can I still migrate my Windows XP machine into Parallels? And, how do I do it? I did some reading of the manual, and the forum. But I didn't find anything about my exact situation, or how to remedy it. Thanks for any help you can give.

PS The Windows machine is an old Gateway 4100, I think. Not worth trying to find a motherboard for it. Darn, I wish it was one I had built. Then finding a replacement mobo might be easier...
 
I do not see a way to migrate a Windows XP machine unless you would be able to actually load it. To migrate, you need to install an agent inside and run it to create an image.
Otherwise, I think it only might be possible to transfer the data itself if you would be able to access it on the hard disk.
