Migration from old Mac mini M1 to new MacBook Pro M3 Pro

I've recently installed Parallels 19 Pro on my old M1 mini but will be moving to a MacBook Pro M3 Pro.

Is this something that's easy to do (I don't yet have the new MacBook Pro, it's arriving tomorrow)?
