Migration from Windows XP to iMac Problem

Migrating via wireless network I get the "Unable to verify passcode" error message on PC when trying to migrate Windows to iMac via the Transporter Agent program. I am running Windows XP Service Pack 2 on PC. Using Parallels 9 on the iMac (OSX 10.9.1) . I disabled firewall and anti-virus software on the PC prior to trying migration. I have tried this multiple times with same result.

Mistake in prior post - I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Hi GroverC,

This issue may occur if your Mac and PC are connected to the different networks.

The better (and faster) way to complete the transfer is to hook your Mac and PC with the ethernet cable.
