Running Windows 10 with the new Parallels Desktop 16 upgrade. I just installed Windows 10 but I see no 3D settings. Strange thing is I have an Ubuntu vm also and it exists there.
Screenshots of both attached. Parallels Tools is installed and working (doesn't show the Ctrl+Alt to unlock mouse).
