missing a very trivial feature from last build

Hi there,

I upgrated to the latest release of Parallels desktop. Everything seems to work great
as before but there is a feature that I had in the previous version that doesn't seem to be
available in this latest release.

Let's say I have a virtual machine running in full screen but I am in macosx (the virtual
machine is hidden). Then I switch to parallels so the virtual machine shows up.
In the previous version of parallels the dock and the top menu didn't show up but
in this latest version I have to click in the virtual machine to make the dock and the
top menu disappear.

I haven't found any parameter in the config that modifies this behavior.

Any ideas?
