Missing Drivers Every Restart

I have to reinstall Parallels after I restart the Mac every time, 12 times in a row over the last couple days. It claims a missing driver. :(
Once I reinstall, it is fine until I restart again.

Looks like a driver or some other piece of support software needs time to initialize after a reboot. If you wait a minute or so, the program starts fine.

If you go to System Preferences -> Network there's a new adaptor called Parallels Host-Guest Adaptor. I've found that until this is green, I cannot start Parallels without seeing the error you've described. It takes about a minute after reboot before it goes green.
