Missing sharing and security tab in win xp pro guest

Hey there,
I'm running Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac (5.0.9344) on Snow Leopard. I've got Win XP Pro SP3 as a guest.
When I right click on a folder the Sharing and Security tab are not visible.

In windows I have gone to Tools>Folder options>View>and then cleared 'Use simple file sharing'.
But still, only the General tab and the Customize tab are visible. The Sharing and Security tab are not visible
How to resolve this?
