.mmc console in Parallel's

    So I moved my .MMC console over from my windows box to my Parallel's version of Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. This console contains all of my companies remote desktops, our AD Users and Computers, DNS, etc...but when I open it in parallel's, (I copied it directly from my other W7 Pro 32 bit machine), I get a ".MMC could not open snap-in" error on everything.

    Any suggestions?
