More Issues With Windows 2000: Can't Run Apps
Alright... I'm pretty much stuck on this one. Anytime I try to run an application, I get the following error message. It pops up instead of the program loading.
"Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components."
No matter how many times I try to 'x' it out, it keeps popping up.
I'm completely lost on this one. anyone know what the problem is?
