'More than one Windows Partition found' after Mac Crash...what now?

Had a major Mac crash...Mac just suddenly froze and then restarted. Since then when staring parallels get message ' more than one windows partition found.' Tried booting into Bootcamp...windows boot error of can't fine hall.dll.
What's the best route to getting back to normal asap.

I did a mac repair permisions on the MAC HD. No joy...but then a few hours later (maybe after a restart....can't remember) parallels started up fine.
