Motorola iDEN Phonebook Manager

I have never been able to get this to work through Parallels (I'm using build 4560). I'm connecting a Nextel Motorola i670 through a USB connection through Parallels. Parallels recognizes a new USB device is present.

When I launch iDEN Phonebook Manager to upload or download contacts from the phone, the phone displays ("RSS-SIM in progress", a good thing) but then the device disconnects (you hear the disconnecting hardware sound in XP) and the program fails to find the phone.

Anyone have a workaround for this, or is USB support in Parallels still a problem?
