Ok, so I have the phone (well, the girlfriend does and she is 500 miles away) with a USB cable connection. I have the Motorola Phone tools installed in Parallels.
When connecting the phone Parallels won't see it. The Mac won't see it either, but that isn't anything new.
How do I get Parallels to see the phone so that the phone tools can be used? She wants to put some ringtones on her phone and is getting quite angry because I am not there to get it all up and running for her.
Any help appreciated.
