Mount data partition in win 7

I have the following configuration:

MacBook Pro feb 12
Lion
Parallels 7
Win 7 (both in Parallels and Bootcamp)

I have 3 partitions:
1) MacOS
2) Bootcamp (NTFS)
3) Data (FAT32)

I simply want to load the data partition in Win 7 when I run it with parallels.
I do NOT want to have it as a network drive, but as a standard drive.

How can I do it ?
