mounting a Windows XP VMs' HD into a Windows 10 VM

I have a VM running a Windows XP SP3 virtual disk. Can I add this virtual disk to another , Windows 10 VM I'm running?
I just would like to acccess the partitions of that XP VM without actually booting it.

Just to add another idea: I wouldn't mind either, if I could access that Windows XP VM disk in macOS Finder.
(FWIW: macOS BigSur, Parallels 16.1.3)
