I use the screenshot key combinations in my Mac a lot (Ctrl+Cmd+Shift+4 and Cmd+Shift+4) to take screenshots of my Mac and Windows programs, and every time I have to interact with the Windows VM, the mouse starts acting up: moving the mouse expands a text selection in email and word processing programs, or file selection in Explorer; and also every click is registered as a right click. The only way out is having to repeatedly press the shift, control, alt and Cmd keys a few times.
I tried clean reinstalling Parallels on a clean install Mavericks with a clean install Windows 7 VM and the problem persists.
Is there a fix? Should I open a support case?
