Mouse and keyboard don't work in Parallels

    I have the same problem. Was running parallels desktop fine when all of a sudden it didn't recognize my keyboard and trackpad. I'm using Mac Book Pro (Mac OS 10.13.3) and running Windows 10. Please help.
