Mouse and keyboard don't work.

Loaded Windows XP onto my Intel Mac
Was running fine for about three days.
Got everything loaded on it.
Now when it starts up, I get to the login screen.
Mouse and keyboard don't work.
Swapped USB plugs - no fix.
Startup into "Safe Mode" gives me a screen of Windows BS and locks it up.
I haven't tried the other types of so-called "Safe Mode".

Suggestions?

P.S. How do I start Windows from a CD, or is that a Mac-thing only?

Have you installed Parallels Tools? See the manual for details.

If you have not installed the tools, try clicking inside the VM window to capture the mouse.

Guess I forgot. I loaded it into BootCamp, not Parallels.
