Mouse Clicks / Keyboard Commands Periodically Freeze

    For as long as I've had Parellels installed on my iMac, I've had issues with the mouse clicks and keyboard commands freezing at least once every 30 minutes. This usually clears in about 15 seconds, but it's very annoying to be interrupted several times day while doing CAD work with an unresponsive mouse click or keyboard commands that just stop working.

    I'm using a Late 2014 iMac with 5k Retina Display running MacOS 10.12.6 and everything has been updated to the most recent versions.

    I believe I have uploaded screenshots for all of the relevant screens.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.     Hi @JRowske,
    we would request you to try the following steps to fix the issue permanently.
    1. Shut Down virtual machine.
    2. Open Virtual Machine configuration
    3. Go to Hardware > Boot Order > and paste in Boot Flags box:
    video.hw_pointer=2

    Actually, I spoke too soon. This did not fix my problem. It still happens.
