Mouse Cursor Disappears using GoToAssist session

Environment: Windows XP SP2 - Parallels build 3188

I as participating in a GoToAssist session under Parallels yesterday and once I was connected into the session, my mouse cursor disappeared. The mouse was still active as I could "blindly" move it around and click on things. I tried this multiple times after restarting my virtual session and got the same result.

ANY IDEAS?


BTW the cursor image did not return once the GoToAssist session ended, but required a reboot of the virtual session.
 
This may be related to several other mouse / cursor issues which have been reported. Parallels is working on trying to duplicate these errors, please post as much detailed system information as possible, it may help them.
