Mouse cursor very small on MacOS Mojave

Hi!

I have been working for some weeks with Guest OS macOS Mojave. All of a sudden my mouse cursor is very small. Don't know, how or when that happened. Didn't find a setting for that ... can you help me? I can't create a screenshot because the mouse cursor is hidden on them ;-)

PS: macOS Catalina 10.15.5 on my Mac, Parallels Desktop Pro Edition 15.1.4 (47270), macOS Mojave as Guest 10.14.6
 
After your question I reinstalled Parallels Toolbox. This didn't help. - I investigated further: When I shutdown macOS Mojave (inside Parallels) and restart it, the mouse cursor has the correct size. I can move it around, everything okay. But as soon as I select any menu entry - main menu or symbols on the right hand side of the menu bar - the mouse cursor turns (and remains) small.
