mouse in XP

Thread was moved from "Parallels Workstation for Windows and Linux > Installation and Configuration in Windows and Linux" to "Parallels Desktop for Mac > Windows Guest OS Discussion".

I am a parallels/Mac newbie, XP intermediate user.

With parallels 3.0, my mouse (Microsoft Natural Wireless laser mouse 6000) works correctly in Mac, but the back and forward buttons don't work correctly in XP. In XP, these buttons bring up the start menu.

I have loaded the IntelliPoint software in both Max and XP.

Suggestions?

Hello
You can go to Devices->Usb and select your mouse from the list...but after that you will not be able to use your mouse on the Mac side.
