Hi all,
I'm experiencing some major mouse issues, to the point that attempting to do any graphics works on the windows side is unusable. I have tested in multiple graphics design programs (both vector and pixel). Also tested multiple mice; Wireless, bluetooth and Wired. They all exhibit the same problem which leads me to believe this is a parallels issue.
I tested modifying the settings for the VM regarding the mouse (ie optimize for gaming, not optimized etc) and actually optimize for gaming makes the problem worse to the point that the mouse is not even visible when you attempt to hover over a canvas.
I've put a video example of the problem up on my server: http://www.helpconsulting.net/temp/ParallelsMouseProblem.mp4
This is using a popular but simple paint program. Again, it doesn't matter about the program.
Any thoughts on how to correct this issue?
Thanks,
Ken
