Just upgraded to Parallels 3.0 yesterday and discovered a very, very bad problem with Mouse Synchronization. If MouseSynch is turned on, drag-n-drop operations in Flex apps (which are hosted in the Flash player) are really, really sensitive (to the point of being unusable). Here's a very simple example: http://www.tink.ws/blog/files/flex/DragTest.html Click and drag the red or blue boxes. You'll notice that as you drag the mouse behaves as if the sensitivity/acceleration are tuned way up (though it doesn't seem to happen with all drag-n-drop operations in Flash). One possibility is that the Flash Player is hiding the system mouse cursor (and rendering a Flash-based cursor) when doing those drag operations... could this confuse Parallels? The issue doesn't occur at all if I disable Mouse Synchronization. Any ideas? Troy.
