Mouse & Keyboard not working

Bit poster
ok, i reinstalled parallels......

It installed with no problems... when windows (from a boot camp partition) loads up i can not use my keyboard nor mouse, i am getting a "New Hardware Wizard" pop up, but i can not continue b/c i can not tab to select an option, nor can i use my trackpad for the mouse. I have also tried using USB accessories, but those are not working either. Can someone help me please?

Parallels version 4.0.3844

Hello,

Start the VM and then click on Virtual Machine from the menu bar on the top and click on install Parallels Tools.
This will install Parallels Tools automatically and will restart the VM, after the Vm is restarted you should be able to use the mouse and keyboard.
