I've been running parallels for a few years now and have never had this issue up until the last year or so. I've dealt with it for now, but as working from home has become more of the norm, I NEED this fixed. I'm running on a MacBook Pro 2018 w/ macOS Catalina 10.15.6 and Parallels Desktop 16 Pro Version 16.0.1
My issues are consistent across the trackpad and magic mouse 1.

I have my virtual machine set for productivity, and the ONLY way I can get windows to detect mouse clicks is to have my mouse configured "Optimize for Games" and to view the virtual desktop in windowed or full-screen mode. On any of the other settings, "Don't detect / auto-detect", the mouse is tracked on the screen but clicks don't do anything.

Coherence -which is the mode I love and want to work in- does not detect mouse clicks on any setting.

Has anyone else had these issues and found a solution?
